Just one hours drive from Perth on the South West Highway is Byford. Turn left at Nettleton Road, drive 10 kms and on your right is Manjedal Drive, at the end of which is the Scout Association's major camping and training centre of Manjedal.
There you will find areas for camping (in tents or dormitories), activities such as bush walking, abseiling, archery, volley ball, swimming, orienteering, and many more.
Facilities exist for accommodating mixed groups in dormitories holding up to 60 persons. Camping areas can take several hundred at the time and campers will be found on site almost every weekend of the year.
